Please read these Terms of Service carefully before registering an account or accessing any services provided by GUD Company via GUD Customer, GUD Employee, GUD Merchant, or our official website at https://gud.com.vn.

1. Platform Overview

• GUD Platform: An on-demand technology platform connecting customers in need of transport, food, and home services with independent drivers, service technicians, and verified merchant partners.
• Customer: Users booking passenger transport, parcel delivery, cooked food delivery, cleaning, or laundry services via GUD Customer.
• Driver & Worker Partner: Independent contractors receiving and fulfilling job requests via GUD Employee.
• Merchant Partner: Food and beverage establishments managing orders and digital storefronts via GUD Merchant.

2. Account Registration & Security

1. You must provide accurate, complete, and current information (including a valid mobile phone number) when registering.
2. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and OTP codes.
3. GUD Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate community safety rules or engage in fraudulent activities.

3. Service Bookings & Physical Consumable Payments

• Transparent Pricing: All service fares and delivery fees are displayed upfront in the app before order confirmation.
• Physical Services & Payment (App Store Guideline 3.1.5(a)): All transactions represent real-world physical goods and services (rides, restaurant meals, home cleaning) fulfilled outside the digital app and processed via authorized domestic payment rails.
